Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda

Your Gorilla Hurly Burly representative meets you at Entebbe airport and drives you to your accommodation in Kampala. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After breakfast, your driver takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world’s mountain gorillas. You stop at the Equator line and again in Mbarara for lunch. You arrive in Bwindi in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or camp.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking and Flight to Nairobi

After an early breakfast, you drive to park headquarters for registration, briefing, and gorilla family assignment. Ranger guides and trackers lead your trek through the forest. Once you find the gorillas, you spend one full hour observing them feed, play, and rest. After the trek, you collect your trekking certificate, then transfer to the nearest airstrip for a flight to Entebbe and on to Nairobi, Kenya. Dinner and overnight stay.
