When you visit the site, we collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.
How we use your information
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, plan your trip, send you a quote, and book your gorilla permits, lodges, and transport once you confirm. We also use usage data to improve the site.
Who we share it with
To deliver your booking, we share the details needed with park authorities, lodges, drivers, and travel partners. We use service providers for website hosting and email. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only when you press “Show the map”. Language translation uses Google Translate and loads only when you choose a language. WhatsApp messages are also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
